We love to have people over for gatherings, so I’ve come up with various quickie appetizers for such occasions. Here’s one I did recently, which took only 20 minutes from start to finish.
*Note: You can make as many or as few as you’d like – there’s no set amount.

Strawberry Toasts

1 package Trader Joe’s Brioche Toast
4 oz. goat cheese or honey goat cheese
1 basket organic strawberries, washed
a small handful of organic arugula, washed
Trader Joe’s Balsamic Glaze

Preheat broiler.
Slice strawberries.
Lay out toasts on cookie sheet, and spread a layer of goat cheese on each.
Top each with 4-6 strawberry slices and 2-3 pieces of arugula. Put toasts under broiler till toasts’ corners barely begin to color up.
Drizzle glaze over each in a horizontal pattern.
Plate up and enjoy 🙂
