Quick and Easy Cheesecake Tarts

Today is
National Cheesecake Day,
so therefore, a celebration is in order!

Cheesecake Tart 1What’s that? You don’t have any cheesecake?
You don’t want to go to the effort to make one?
No problemo!

I have a recipe that only calls for 5 things, and you can make it in about 10 minutes.
Interested?

These ingredients may not be the exact ones you’re used to, but let me tell you why I use them:

  • The Greek Cream Cheese has more protein and less fat than regular
    Greek Cream Cheese
  • La Lechera is the exact same as Eaglebrand, but it’s usually a dollar cheaper(!)
    Sweetened condensed milk
  • Using fresh lemon juice is so important!
The quality and flavor make a big difference, especially when using a Meyer Lemon!

  • Keebler Graham Mini Pie Shells are perfect to use for little desserts

Next time you’re at an estate sale, look for little spoons. They really work well for tiny desserts!

See? I told you it was easy!
